To the fullest extent permitted by law, DebateTheAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
